I use http://www.i-funbox.com/ for a long time and you dont have to install anything on your pc. Just open it :)

I tried it and it wouldn't detect my iphone. Uninstalled.

if this doesn't require jailbreaking... how well/much space can it write to. I'm under the impression jailbreaking allows for changing the partition sizes and such. May I have another serving? Can I have some more details?

This is great can't wait to try it. Now we need something like this to transfer files between iPhone's with a cable or USB adapter or even wirelessly
