EAT
Learning which meals help you feel your best is as easy as taking a photo. UP gets to know you by asking how you feel after each meal. It then uses your responses to identify and discover what foods are eating habits work best for your personal metabolism.

SLEEP
UP tracks everything about your sleep: hours slept, time to fall asleep, sleep phases, waking moments, and overall sleep quality. UP also lets us set "Silent Wake Up" alarms that won't disturb your sleeping partner. And to make sure you start your day feeling refresh, UP wakes you at the best moment in your natural sleep cycle.

MOVE
