Viaden Mobile has launched Sleep Sounds Recorder. This app for iPhone/iPod combines functions of an alarm clock, recorder and sound machine, allowing to reveal and improve some specific sleep conditions.

Having studied the list of sleep disorders, Viaden Mobile developers noted that some of them, sleep talking and snoring, have to do with producing sounds while asleep. So the primary idea of Sleep Sounds Recorder was to help people study their sleeping behavior and see if they're suffering from any of these disorders.

The app smartly records all sounds at the time of their occurrence. This means that the recorder isn't just turned on the whole time, but it reacts to the sounds that exceed its lower sensitivity threshold, thus saving battery life.


After the session it is possible to play back all sounds and post them in social networks or send by e-mail, which makes it easy to share them with friends for a laugh or ask for expert advice.

Sleep Sounds Recorder offers 3 operation modes: alarm, record and record alarm to suit different needs and lifestyles. It stores sleep data, such as the time when the user went to bed and woke up, and all the sounds as separate track for an unlimited period of time.
