Video Claims to Show 'iPhone 5' Booting Up [Watch]

M.I.C Gadget has posted a video found on Vgooo that supposedly shows an 'iPhone 5' prototype booting up.

--
According to the Chinese tipster, he "accidentally" discovered an iPhone 5 prototype at Foxconn's factory in Jincheng, and when he got his hands-on with it, he could feel the phone is thinner, and it is indeed taller. He quickly took some photos, and a video. Well, is the boot up video real or fake? We are not sure, but it's still interesting to see the device in the video could not be activated, where it says,

"This device is not registered as part of the iPhone Developer Program. If you are a member of the program, please register your device in the @@url@@."

Take a look at the video below...

FAKE!!!!! It appears to me that when the logo boots up, it created a reflection from the bottom of th LCD, and it appears that both LCDs are the same size 3.5, however the new phone shows like it has a black edge to make screen appear taller. ,, what u guy think?

Has anone noticed the nice glimmering effect of the apple logo fading into the boot screen? I never seen that on any current iOS release or handset itself. Nonetheless, what a fake!!!

Still a fake. Here is the tip off that it's fake.....the screen of the so-called iPhone 5 (which, BTW, will not be its name) is NOT reflecting the environment like the screen of the iPhone 4 is reflecting. Conclusion.....it's a fake, and not a very good one at that. When your livelihood involves compositing 3D elements into live action video, you develop an eye for detail an the creator of this video missed an important detail......environmental mapping.

Quickly took a video with a camera and tripod he just happened to have with him so he could record with two hands? Come on now. And look at the home button and the hole next to the speaker/camera. Fake.

Looks real. The only surprise now would be a name. Sad that we all wait around all year for the next model and it's barely different and still manages to take 30 minutes talk boot up.

Never mind, I now can see it would be "unable to complete your activation".. So they've seemingly put IOS6 dev on a device.
