Apple Store Lists New Lightning Adapters and USB Cable For Sale

Apple has listed two new mini dock connector (Lightning) adapters and a USB cable on their online store.

The adapters are priced extremely high costing $29 for the small adapter and $39 for the adapter with a cable extension.

The Lightning to USB cable costs $19.
