Apple Says Galaxy Note 10.1 and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Infringe Its Patents

Apple is looking to add the Galaxy Note 10.1 and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to its lawsuit against Samsung in California, reports Bloomberg.

Apple made the arguments today to U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal in federal court in San Jose. Apple’s bid to expand the lawsuit follows Samsung’s Oct. 1 move to add patent- infringement claims against the iPhone 5 in the same case. Apple won a $1.05 billion jury verdict against Samsung on Aug. 24 in a separate patent case in the same court.

Samsung began selling the Galaxy Note 10.1 in August. Android 4.1 Jelly Bean was released in June and runs Samsung mobile devices and the Google Nexus 7 tablet.

Actually the true is apple scared from Samsung and android market increasing graph of buyer. Apple iPhone going down in public intererest. After Steve job apple iPhone is crap. No jailbreak no fun No feature like Samsung and android. More price then Samsung and nexus. Fuck apple now. If apple take more interest in to improve his iOS rather then sue Samsung it may be better compete it.

Every one should start competing on Innovation not the Patterns they hold. At the moment all my devices are apple; I kinda feel locked up, slowly transitioning to Android as it matures for what I use it. An apple device without a Jailbreak to me it's an useless device.. Why because of the restrictions...
