The gift card is a nice incentive, but without it, it's not that great of a deal. Consider Apple is selling the iPad 4 32GB for $599 and 64GB for $699. So who in their right mind would pay that same price (or more) for an iPad 3? The $50 price drop should be the normal price. If you click on each product on the Best Buy site, it shows the reg. price for the iPad 3 32GB is $625 and 64GB reg price is $725. Again, that's more than Apple is charging for the iPad 4.
