If you are a current AT&T customer after going through the upgrade prompts you have to click on "All Smartphones". You must then narrow your search using the column on the left to only Apple under Manufacturer and Refurbished under Phone. It will then give you the option to upgrade to the Iphone 5 Refurbished model. I called online support and thats what they told me to do so mine is on its way. Please note the "Buy Iphone 5" picture will only prompt you to get a brand new Iphone 5. They were originally selling between $99-$299 but now it went up to $149-$349.

@fuckoran jhon ---- And you're trying to convince us that you've visited iClarified in order to check the state of iPhone? Uhuuuh... Admit it man, you're full of envy and loathing for iPhone 5, because you've realized what a huge ball-sack that poor Samsung sucks, as is it plagued with the slopiest mobile OS ever created in mobile history (fuckdroid that is). Besides, iPhone 5 is newer than S3, and on all tests, the i5 makes the S3 seem like a retired senior running against an Olympic champ! I actually feel sorry for you, you f'in tard!...

Though i5 is newer than S3(only release date) i5 features and specifications are way older and far behind compare to S3.lol. Apple fcuking lost somewhere and look like dont know what to do next. Now their share went down 100$ which says how much people lost trust in them:). Fanboys like have always suck their cok and make them stand but not anymore. Now their I5 is like 100 years old mans Dcik. Its not gonna wake and stand up, No matter how much and how long you gonna lcik and scuk. ROFL

Maybe you missed it. iClarified even reported this: Apple is releasing the iPhone 5S this coming summer. And as is the case with new hardware releases, people return items for any number of reasons. Since the iPhone 5 was a sellout on September 21, I'm sure that the returns are higher than previous versions. So of course there is a larger supply of refurbished units....

Another reason for refurbs ---- broken screens, cracked rears, busted software, broken buttons, etc. anytime a phone is swapped out by Apple for warranty then the phones are now considered Refurbished. If you have ever taken your current iPhone and Apple swapped it out for you, it's a refurb.
