Barclays customer service reps are really greedy and rude . I get late fee charged to my account 3 times in 3 consecutive months (3*35=$105$ ) because i was late for just one day each month , i called them to ask if they can cancel at least one of the late fees as courtesy, but they refused to do that and when i told them i want to close my account they told me they be glad to help me for that !!! So i close my $1300 line of credit with them.

Wonder how many staff get them? They want to get the staff to interact with the customers at the counters, than play on bloody iPads. Speed up the time we have to stand in line. Cut down cost of bank letters.
