What good are rules if they are so easily challenged? Specifically, the jury foreman's dealings with Seagate almost TWENTY years before the trial is going to undo the jury's verdict? I don't think so. According to statue, the court required listing 10 full years and even if the court had asked for 15 years, there would still not have been a need to disclose his "issues" with a company that for almost two decades had nothing to do with Samsung. The only thing Samsung has ever had to do with Seagate is the purchase of Samsung's hard drive business, which is a done deal as far as I'm aware of. The accusation that he is accused of juror misconduct just makes Samsung appear like the sore loser that it obviously is. Pay the fuck up, Samsung, and go back to making the best SSD's in the world. Or concentrate on perfecting PLS display technology. There is no need to copy other companies' intellectual property when you're more than capable of coming up with your own. I have tremendous respect for Samsung for really overhauling public perception of its brand and. This is unnecessary bullshit.
