It's not free if you have to buy the phone lol. And it's true, BestBuy is expensive and the staff if you can even find one more often then not have no idea what they're talking about.

Best Buy need to downsize its staff and put more responsibility on the quality staff members. Quality staff should be paid extra by downsizing incompetent staff that just do nothing but stand and run aound to look busy. I have been there many times and I am not impressed. Who hires BB staff? More than 50% staff is incompetent to answer technical questions. There is still time to catch up and save the company.

Bestbuy is heading to bankruptcy. They cant compete with Amazon or Walmart. Plus these fucking retards kids that no nothing about anything. Waist of time going to best buy..over priced their stuff. Hybrid harddrive $199 at bstbuy 750 gig bought it on amazon for $120 no tax shipped. Beat that Bestbuy!
