EA has announced that Real Racing 3 will be released on February 28th, 2013, according to TouchGen.

Since Real Racing 3 was previewed at the iPhone 5 launch in 2012, the game has been anxiously anticipated by iOS gamers everywhere. This installment of the Real Racing franchise promises to be the most realistic experience yet, featuring photorealistic tracks, 45 meticulously detailed cars and the all-new Time-Shifted Multiplayer.

Last month, the Firemonkeys team has posted a developer diary video about the addition of real tracks for Real Racing 3. We'll let you know as soon as it's available.

The game is also gonna be f2p (free to play). The hopes are that this isn't gonna turn out to be a way for EA to milk money as you try to progress through the game. And also that its not ad supported. Be cause I would rather pay full price for a complete game then have to buy tracks and cars just to finish the game and advance. Just think you might get one car and one track and pay $.99 for each and car and track after that. Heck they can even charge for the online feature separate. But we won't know till EA and Firemonkey release more info.
