CBS has launched a new app for iOS that features full episode streaming in HD of its popular TV shows, albeit with delayed availability.

Enjoy primetime, daytime and late night episodes from America’s Most Watched Network. Catch NCIS, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, How I Met Your Mother, Survivor, Elementary, The Young And The Restless, The Late Show with David Letterman and many more. Use the ‘My CBS’ feature to be notified when episodes of your favorite shows have been added to the app.

Not working on iPhone 5 6.1.2..... It starts but does not run the video....just close the app....

I works fine on my iPhone 5 with 6.1.2 (non jailbroken). The video is mediocre at best though.
