BlackBerry is launching its BlackBerry Z10 smartphone in the U.S.A. today. The smartphone is the first to run the company's new BlackBerry 10 operating system.

The smartphone also includes the latest enhancements in high density pixel and screen technology to display clear, sharp, and incredibly vivid images. It features a micro HDMI out port for presentations, and advanced sensors such NFC (near field communications) to support mobile payments and the exchange of information with a tap of the smartphone.

Pricing and Availability:
The BlackBerry Z10 will be available from AT&T, and Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile beginning today, and is expected to be available from Verizon Wireless on March 28, and from T-Mobile by the end of the month. After 2 days of use here in Switzerland I am impressed what they did. I will mainly use it for work but now I have a work mobile I like that is not an iPhone. Privately I do use an iPhone 5. There are a few things I had to get my head around, but the rest works like a charm so to speak. Great that Androids Apps work too, though you can see and feel they are not native. Stlli bugs to get out of the way and things they should change in regards to s/mimme. Nevet the less, looks good, works well and right screen size.

I really want BB to survive and flourish. Why? Because they are the core of Communication! All the reporters that communicate with each other effortlessly and rapidly .. I think thats a fine market, rather than a phone that is a computer.

I just went to the Blackberry release party event last night in Los Angeles. This is a very solid phone. I currently use an iPhone 5 and I am definitely going to be switching over to the Z10. One of the main things about it is that you can side-load apps from the Android market with ease. Best of the BB and Droid world combined.
