How are you supposed to load those unsupported file types on your iOS device though?

By connecting iPad / iPhone to iTunes on your desktop / laptop and going to your iOS device > Apps and then scroll down to select Infuse to "add files / documents"

finally MKV,,, but i'm not sure if this is really can play MKV files
