9to5mac reports that Apple Retail Stores will begin selling the Square Stand starting July 9. Select Apple Stores have already received the units according to multiple tipsters.

First introduced back in May, the Square Stand replaces your register as a point of sale. Along with its built in credit card reader, it also supports other peripherals such as receipt printer, kitchen printer, cash drawer, and barcode scanners.

The Square Stand is available for Pre-order and ships July 8, but you can pick them up starting July 9 at Apple Retail Stores. Best Buy is also reportedly carrying the units as well. The Square Stand retails for $299. Currently the accessory only supports 30-pin dock connectors so those with lightening ports are left out.
