Microsoft has cut the price of the Surface Pro tablet by $100 until August 29th, reports The Verge. This follows the 30% price cut on the Surface RT tablet made just recently.

Microsoft has confirmed to The Verge that between August 4th and August 29th customers in Canada, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the US will pay $100 less for Surface Pro. "We’ve been seeing great worldwide success with Surface RT pricing and keyboard-cover promotions over the past several months and are proud to offer Surface Pro at more affordable prices starting today."

Microsoft is expected to release refreshed Surface tablets in the near future. The Pro tablet is said to be receiving a Haswell processor and the RT tablet is said to be getting a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. New accessories including a battery equipped keyboard cover are also expected.

lol Microsoft is a joke. People hate viruses and slow computers. This problem with their pc os aided their value to go down. Even with other products. No one wants to pay for shit. Good riddance to the them, the Xbox one is going to tank and it will be the big blow that sends Microsoft down.
