Kanex has announced the launch of simpleDock, a 3-in-1 docking station for MacBooks.

---
simpleDock's hot-swappable USB 3.0 ports allow super-speed data transfer of up to 5 Gbps and are backward compatible with USB 2.0. It turns one USB port into three, so that with one USB connection you'll have access to your favorite devices, such as a printer, external drive and memory card reader.

The Gigabit Ethernet adds a Gigabit Ethernet port to your MacBook Air or Ultrabook. Ideal when you need a fast, secure and smooth Internet connection for sharing and accessing files at data transfer rates of up to 1 Gbps.

simpleDock provides an added convenience by including a dedicated 5V, 2.1A USB power port to charge their mobile devices. Users can place their smartphones on the dock for charging and syncing while connected to the host system. Easily view messages right next to your workspace.

The simpleDock is made from a zinc alloy material that matches the MacBook and provides a solid docking station. A cable management tunnel lets you keep your cables hidden.
