Microsoft is reportedly building a platform to extend Xbox Live functionality to iOS and Android games, reports The Verge.

Xbox Live is used by Windows and Xbox games for achievements, friend lists, and matches. Apparently, the Microsoft is looking to push Xbox Live cross-platform 'in a big way'.

This is great news! This is the Microsoft I like, using innovation vs just buying out their competitors.

Replying to questions is not childish... u have changed the subject. I was talking about why everybody cant insult or judge an article.... I am a student at Journalism and I hate to see so much negativity

The hate comes from whenever a company makes a bad idea or that's what we see and many of us here say something about it, like what if it's a wrong turn for a company? Would we just be quiet about not helping them even if it means being rude?

It's just that someone may not find it a good idea, like look at the Microsoft mocking apple posts, what if we have something to say about them hate or not?
