Apple Executives Receive RSU Bonuses Worth Up to $19 Million

Apple has awarded six of its executives with RSU bonuses worth up to $19 million, notes MacRumors. The bonuses were detailed in a series of filings with the SEC.

Apple Senior Vice Presidents Eddy Cue, Craig Federighi, Dan Riccio, Phil Schiller, Bruce Sewell, and Jeffrey Williams all received equal bonus awards.

The bonus breaks down like this:
- 22,738 RSUs (one-third vest on April 1 of 2016, 2017 and 2018).


- 6,626 RSUs (vest on October 1, 2015, performance based).

- 6,416 RSUs (vest on October 1, 2016, performance based).

The 22,738 RSUs are not performance based and will be granted to the executive as long as they stay with the company until they vest. At today's prices those shares are worth around $12 million.

The other 6,626 and 6,416 RSU bonuses are worth around $3.5 million each at today's price; however, they are performance based and subject to adjustment.
