Flipboard Update Brings Sharing Notifications, Direct Sharing

Flipboard has been updated with enhanced sharing options that let you share via email and receive a notification when someone has shared a story with you.

Now with Flipboard 2.0, you can save and collect the things you love into your own magazines like “Trips I want to take” or “Dream Homes.”

What's New In This Version:
Find something you want to pass along on Flipboard? Now it's easier to share the articles, photos or videos you enjoy with your friends within the app.

-Share stories directly with your friends on Flipboard. Select the red profile avatar in the share menu and enter their names or email addresses. Your friends will receive the message in Flipboard and in an email.
-Receive notifications when other people on Flipboard share stories with you.
-Bug fixes and performance improvements.
