I have searched Cydia and can't find the app,,,,?

Not really. AirDrop is basically Bluetooth file transfer, which is a standard feature not only on Android phones, but also the ones that preceded them, like the Nokia and Samsung phones that ran on Symbian and JAVA.

That's Bluetooth, airdrop tells the name who owns the product and shares it their.

Thats actually incorrect: Airdrop utilizes Wifi and/or bluetooth for the actual delivery, but it employs Apple's bonjour networking to find and establish the sessions. Its quite different (and more secure) than a simple bluetooth session/transfer, and will work over much further distances as it doesn't rely on bluetooth.

Samsung Galaxy has something called S-Beam which is similar. Uses P2P wifi connection to transfer files. I don't have an android phone so can't say how it works but they already had it 1 year ago.

And why does it matter who came up with the feature first? I mean really. It's getting old most people commenting on who is first. It's good to hear that Apple's iPhone can do it now.

It's more copying (which depends on how one feature works like the other) that affect a company, scamsung's getting nowhere except screen size currently.
