$1500 + tax is a lot of money

I bet a lot of the negative comments about Google Glass are on account of the steep price rather than the product itself. I bet most of the naysayers would be wearing them if they were only, say, $200. To me it's an intriguing product and only the price is a barrier. Otherwise I'd surely buy one.

And most caregivers sometimes care for the smallest things, like this gadget for example has small specs, but what's the purpose if it doesn't help you see, just records, and just searches? In fact we never heard how clear the camera quality is.

I'm sure the current product is really only a sort of prototype for something that once actually released will be much more capable. The steep price is obviously a way for Google to fund R&D on this thing while still making an obscene profit.
