New Mac Pro Now Ships Within 24 Hours

Apple has finally caught up to demand for its new Mac Pro. The powerful computer now ships within 24 hours. Early customers had to wait months for the device which was first released in December.

The Mac Pro is offered in two base configurations. The first has a 3.7GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5 processor, 12GB 1866MHz DDR3 ECC memory, Dual AMD FirePro D300 GPUs with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM each, and 256GB PCIe-based flash storage for $2999. The second has a 3.5GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5 processor, 16GB 1866MHz DDR3 ECC memory, Dual AMD FirePro D500 GPUs with 3GB GDDR5 VRAM each, and 256GB PCIe-based flash storage for $3999.
