Apple has updated its Community Support Website with a much needed UI refresh. The redesign brings an instant search box that lets users type and find solutions instantly. It also features a new streamlined grid-layout that shows different communities relating to different products as well as other new tabs.

The instant search box lets you type or search and query, and presents you the option to submit the question to the community, while the 'Explore Communities' section lets you find and click an category related to your issue. Clicking the icon then expands the category to present you with more in-depth options. Categories include iPhone, iPad, Desktop Computers, Notebook computers, Mac and Software, iCloud, iTunes and much more.

Also present is a menu bar that shows Activity, Content, People and Search. The activity tab is a stream of recent topics and posts that might interest users. Content displays all the community posts, announcements and tips. The people tab acts almost like a social network, letting you meet other users and see their content, posts and points. Finally the search lets you find the posts and content that you need.
