I took my broken Beats Wireless Studio headphones to Apple Store Hong Kong. Waited for two hours only to be informed that they cannot accept any repair (even if I agree to pay all repair charges) without an original purchase receipt. I told them it was a gift, they told me to call my friend or family and ask them to give me the receipt. Thanks Apple for the 5 star service. Might as well buy the knock-offs across the border next time.

This would address one of my issues with Beats. No repair support. Next is sound quality. Hopefully the new wireless Solo would address that. Waiting for the reviews..
