Apple Informs Customers That iPhone 6s Deliveries May Be Delayed By Pope Visit

Apple is emailing customers in select areas to inform them that their iPhone 6s pre-order may not be delivered on Friday, September 25th due to the Pope's visit.

The Pope is set to visit NYC on Friday and Philadelphia on Saturday.

UPS service bulletins indicate that zip affected by the visit include:
New York City: 10001, 10007, 10017, 10021, 10022, 10023, 10029
Philadelphia: 19102, 19103, 19104, 19106, 19107, 19109, 19123, 19130, 19146, 19147

Thank you for your recent Apple Store purchase.

Your iPhone 6s 128GB Space Gray (GSM) AT&T is scheduled for delivery on Friday, September 25th. However, due to traffic restrictions expected for that day in New York City, your delivery may be delayed.

If we're unable to complete the delivery on Friday, we'll also be making Saturday deliveries at most locations.
