Martin Hajek is at it again with a new concept for an Apple 3D printer.

Apple recently filed a patent for a multi-colour 3D printer, you can read about it on 3dprint.com.
So I asked myself the question; what could such a printer look like but more importantly – why should Apple enter this market? Would it be to sell the printers themselves, or even to sell the resins or filaments for the printers? How about this; what Apple did for music with iTunes and for applications with the app-store – can they do it for 3D printing with a 3D-model store? Now that’s an interesting thought…

Hajek shares his vision for Apple's 3D printer, dubbing the 'iPrinter'. It has an integrated iPad-like touchscreen controller and is reminiscent of the Power Mac G4 Cube.

the concept have some design flaw to it....as a lot of people know when you are printing stuff within a 3d printer you want to be able to see the printing process as sometime it will fall over on it own weight and problems like that so it would be nice to have a window

Apple is pretty much done with the "i." That's why there's not iTV, iRadio, iMusic, iPencil, iWatch, etc. If this were real, it would most likely be the Apple Printer

It's looks like something too heavy to carry and lug around for how much space it takes, comparing the guy in the back in the first picture, it looks like he's a giant compared to everything else, and to be clear, what advantage will this be compared to the rest currently on the market? I know it's a concept, but what are the odds this will do good?
