Features:
● Design: A round, polished glass face. Motion-sense illumination. Simple touch-screen. Beautiful design.
● Geofencing: Lyric uses your smartphone’s location to work out where you are. 200 miles away? Then you probably don’t need the heating on. Just round the corner, heading for home? Time to get the place warm.
● Notifications: Lyric can send you notifications when the humidity changes, and if the temperature is too high or too low.
● Perfect Temperature: In winter, it’s not just the inside temperature that affects how you feel. Humidity and the outside temperature play a part too. With intelligent comfort control, the temperature feels just right, all the time.
● The Lyric Family: The Lyric Round. It works perfectly with the Lyric app and the Lyric Water Freeze and Leak Detector.
● HomeKit and SmartThings: The new Lyric Round Thermostat is fully compatible with Apple HomeKit, Samsung SmartThings, and other ecosystems. So all your home comforts are taken care of – the simple, intuitive way.

You can pre-order the Honeywell Lyric Round from the link below for $249.99.

Talk about a complete spy grid with products on the internet of things. Doesn't convince me. I am sure they have built in intrusion capabilities to monitor their customers from afar

Nest isn't compatible with home kit if that's what people are looking for. Google buying nest is what changed that. And sales too since are worried more about Google tracking more info than they need.
