Apple Releases OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 Beta 2 to Testers

Apple has released OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 beta 2 to developers and public beta testers. The build number is 15D13b.
As usual the update will bring security improvements, bug fixes, and performance enhancements. We've yet to spot any significant changes but if you see anything, let us know in the comments.
