Developer Steven Troughtonsmith has posted a demo video of what picture-in-picture would look like on the new Apple TV.

Wrote a PiP setup for my TV app. Love how it works - totally fits on tvOS. Not sure why not built-in yet

And what is that FREESAT app for the Apple TV4? Not publicly available AFAIK.

This is not picture in picture. Need to have one large show, with a second one in the corner. That's picture in picture.
