Leaked iPhone 7 Photo Offers Closeup Look at New Antenna Band Design

Leaked iPhone 7 Photo Offers Closeup Look at New Antenna Band Design

Posted March 16, 2016 at 1:36pm by iClarified
Another leaked photo allegedly of the iPhone 7 reveals a new simplified antenna band design.

The photo corroborates earlier reports that Apple would drop the antenna bands across the back, keeping just the antenna bands at the top and bottom of the device. Notably, it also appears to match a leaked photo from yesterday that has the iPhone 7 Plus with dual cameras.

Apple is also said to be dropping the headphone jack, adding stereo speakers, and possibly outfitting the iPhone 7 with a Smart Connector. Unfortunately, we can't determine if there is a headphone jack or stereo speakers from this image; however, it does not have the three dots denoting the Smart Connector on the back. Perhaps that's reserved for the iPhone 7 Plus?

The iPhone 7 isn't expected until this fall; however, Apple is said to be unveiling a new 4-inch iPhone SE on March 21st.

Anyone seen any photos of iphone 18. I heard it fits on ur fingernail. You drop a drop of water on it and it turns in 12" screen

iPhone 18 will pretty much look like the existing one with different screen size/resolution. Oh, almost forgot different colours! And it will cost only $10,000 (base 512MB model).

This has been confirmed that it is not an iPhone. There's an article on appleinsider. It's a Meizu Pro 6 Android phone. Case closed.

I have no problem with the design of the iPhone 7 being similar to the 6s. How much more different were people really expecting the phone to look? I mean really!

This isn't a 7. It's way to early. It's the SE they're announcing next week.

I agree with you. Is too early to be in Production phase. Also Im sure Apple will come with a different design, color etc.

LOL, differently designed phone is really too much to ask, ha ha... As long as it has that apple logo, you should be happy paying thousands for a phone :) Hilarious.

Keep, why can't we just wait, it's not as if we are going to influence a design that is clearly already been put into production

Maybe this is just the SE.

I've been thinking the same thing. It's way to early to start seeing iPhone 7 casings. Another thing is you know the person handling this has small hands. You can tell it's a smaller size phone. Has to be an "SE". Especially with the 21st announcement close. I think if they do introduce new 4 inch phone I bet they're switching their strategy to a new phone every 6 months. 4 inch in the spring, larger flagships in the fall. I bet they're doing this to cater to people that want to stay with a smaller phone and to take business away from Samsung. Loop you in means getting people with older iphones in the loop.
