Spy Shot Claims to Show iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, and iPhone 7 Pro [Photos]

Posted July 18, 2016 at 3:33pm by iClarified
Check out this spy shot that claims to show the iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, and iPhone 7 Pro. The photo was posted to Weibo yesterday.

Unfortunately, the poster does not show the back of the devices which might have revealed some details on how Apple would distinguish between the Plus and Pro models.

Last month, a pricing leak suggested that in addition to the regular iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, Apple is planning to launch a new iPhone 7 Pro model. It's possible that if there is to be an iPhone 7 Pro we could see it equipped with the rumored dual lens camera and perhaps the impressive display with true tone that was introduced on the iPad Pro 9.7.

Fed up of the same design for the past two years already and now again for the third consecutive year. Apple pls wake up and at least change the design every year for us to feel like using a new phone. Also change the same boring colours. If you all change these two once a year (design & colours), you'll definitely have much more sales. Bring back screen with gold & rose gold case etc. Make some changes every year

I'm easily fed up with how people can just be this picky on something so little to worry about to begin with and something that really wouldn't work in terms of what they wish would happen and that's the case with you. First off, K just want to say that keeping the same design every 2 years after a completely new iPhone made from scratch makes total sense because when an upgraded model (with an S in them) of the iPhones predecessor is released, it's suppose to fix the problems to precious had or give as much new feel to it so people are satisfied with what they have like I own the 5s and I'm still satisfied with it. Second, if a new design were to be released year after year, there wouldn't be an updated version of any iPhone released because like I said, where would fixing the problems be without it? This would also mean the names would affect the cycles instead of "iPhone name with a number, same one with an s afterwards, repeat" and instead would be like counting +1. Not only that, but the company wouldn't take their time to make something functional or finished in time for every 2 years. Thirdly, what is so boring about the colors? I'm not into the recent rose gold color, but there's a reason people buy a case even if you don't like the design, but not to mention just spray paint it if it bugs you. Finally, the only way sales are increasing is so that people get features that they want or if something is pulled off unlike before where something can be introduced that can adapt to us like week long battery life.

While these are likely to be fake, three iPhones would make sense considering the conflicting rumours appearing. Dual lens camera, then no dual lense, smart connector included, then not included, etc. Seems to me that the line up will likely be 7+ and 7 with no heaphone jack and larger camera, plus the 7PRO with the dual lense and smart connector. It would certainly make for an interesting choice, although with the possibilities that smart connector brings, it would be a pity to only bring it to 7PRO

Why there is S on iPhone 7?

Because someone either photoshopped it or that means this one is a fake because as we all know, the reals ones that come are released at Q3 of any year so I wouldn't trust what we're seeing now.

Its actually an iPhone 6s that someone has photoshopped as the model number on the back is A1633 which is an iPhone 6s model number :)

It's could be that they're test models and Apple repurposed shells from an iPhone 6S? But who knows.

It shows model A1633, which is a 6S... hence the S... These photos are not real.
