Apple Adds 'Report Junk' Option to iCloud Calendar Invites

Apple Adds 'Report Junk' Option to iCloud Calendar Invites

Following a surge of Calendar invite spam, Apple is taking steps to remedy the situation.

Users can now report a Calendar invite from an unknown contact as junk when using iCloud Calendar. Presumably, this feature will make its way to the iOS and macOS Calendar apps in the near future.

Previously, you could only choose to accept or decline an invitation which would inform the spammer that they reached a valid address.
