Apple has seeded watchOS 3.1.3 beta 2 to developers for testing. The build number is 14S959.
This beta version of watchOS 3.1.3 contains bug fixes and improvements.
Known Issue ● Xcode: When launching an app built for watchOS 2.0 or later from an incoming notification, the app exits with code 0 while the debugger is still attached.
