A solution for the 7 day cert is seemingly in the works, so please bear with Cydia Impactor for another week or so.
Currently, you must use Impactor and your Apple ID to sign the yalu jailbreak. This cert is only good for 7 days if you are not a developer.
Since the yalu jailbreak is semi-tethered, you need to rerun it after each reboot. Once seven days have past, you need to use a computer and Impactor to regenerate another cert which can run yalu. Obviously, if you reboot often, this can become an annoyance.
Todesco's tweet suggests that a solution to the 7 day cert is in development and could be released in about a week. You can follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, or RSS for updates.
