It takes the imagination of an exceptional man carrying through his vision to change the way things are and gives us all a quantum leap in experiences tech related. Thanks again Steve, your legacy will continue permeating generations to come. Happy 10th anniversary iPhone, proud and happy fan here. :)

iPhone man.....not only did it save Apple from dying....it started the smartphone touchscreen revolution. BUT SHOULD HAVE EVOVLED BY NOW AS AFULL FLEDGED OSX MAC...Geez, back in 2007, to think pushing your finger on a glass and go on the internet was major....People really thought that the iPhone 2g (again back in 2006/07) was really a tiny legit Mac OSX computer essentially with this new "touchscreen" technology...Remember...touchscreen monitors in cash registers started this year as well so people auto assumed the iphone 2G was literally a computer. IT WAS NOT UNTIL THE 3G was launched THAT'S WHEN the notion I have above noted, shifted from development of personal mini computers to the now infamous "Smartphone Era". Other companies jumping on the band wagon during the IPHONE 3G launch (samsung, sony, motorola) further accented and shaped the smartphone era. i personally am one of those guys back in '07 thinking the iphone 2G was a "Mac in your pocket", full fledged computer. that this was Apples answer to the "Palm Pilot". point is wish the iphone was really more so catered as a computer rather a smartphone...regardless it was revolutionary. but not anymore. the iphone now has become the "Cadillac" of smartphones...no major changes...just cosmetic and bigger engine by a little each year...make it so I can mount a dmg...make it so that it can load and upload attachments to email. have a "Macintosh HD" icon on it so I can access the iphone like a mac..
