Apple has seeded watchOS 4 beta 3 to developers for testing. The build number is 15R5321h.

It’s a huge PITA. Had to unpaid repair as new and finally after 3 hrs it was ready to install. Also had to shut Bluetooth off and have it linked through wifi.
