Installed new update on iPad Air 2. Never had problems before but am having them now. When playing games screen keeps going blank, have to press home button to get game back, sometimes 2 or 3 times. As I said, never had any problems until I installed the update. Also installed the “fix” update. Didn’t make a difference with my problem.

You can check usage of battery in and switched off respective apps.

Go to settings - Privacy - drop down at bottom - Analytics - share iPhone Analytics - switched it off. That makes improvement on battery life. :)

Also a tip. Yes. Shut off the analystics. But also you as a user can utilize the info. It keeps track of which apps are crashing. So you can check the list to see which apps are problematic. Internally Tim Cook is pressuring hard for more sales(especially China). I would say that he is not authorizing shady practices but he’s pressuring the departments hard in which they will do their shady stuff to do whatever to boost sales to meet the Street. Apple is a very successful company that will not fail but it’s still publicly traded and I feel that it’s affecting how the company is run. It’s definitley a different apple from the Steve jobs era where he wanted to make a difference and leave a legacy and where nowadays it’s just a normal corporate company that concentrate on the numbers too much. I feel Jony Ive is a liability now and they should make him work some “special projects” like a car or whatever to move him out and bring some fresh blood and ideas. They are definitely drinking their own kool aid and are losing touch. I’m curious how long of a Roadmap did Steve leave for the company...

Anyone else wants to have your WiFi and Bluetooth to actually be off from control center instead of turning it off from there then not having to go the settings and Turing it off from there also.

everyone thinks that you can turn wifi on/ off from control center, but apple thinks differently n i dont now why they did like this. so if u turn off wifi from control center go to wifi settings its shows one dialog “new wifi connections have been turned off from the control center”

i hate that they did this. also enabling siri and search on all apps. also hiding the auto brightness buried in the settings. also not allowing easy on and off of hardware. it's like they want the batteries to die quickly on the phones now, also they want to track users more with the wifi and bt on all the time. most people probably doesn't realize what apple changed and people tend to be non tech. it's annoying having to go through every setting looking for something they changed to use up the resource, to track users, or drain the battery faster. maybe they think people will feel their phones are slower and be forced to upgrade. I've asked around friends, family, coworkers if they will upgrade and most say they won't even for the iPhone X because they think it's overpriced.

also a tip. you guys can use siri to shut off the hardware but then that force you to use siri. and why did they get rid of the push to the left screen to access the multi tasker? they want us to wear out the home button faster???

Where is the fix for Battery drain issue on older iphones Apple? My iPhone 6s is draining like crazy. I have a strong feeling you guys do this purposefully for users to ditch old iPhones and move on to new ones. Give me the fix.
