Just when I was considering the Corsair MX 2.5” internal. We upgraded systems whether they were desktops or laptops with this EVO series, and they’ve always had 100% cloning success rates and perfect speed for any consumer setting. I’ve never received a call from an SSD failing on a customers PC, and it should be that way. SSD’s have an enormous life cycle if taken care of, not only is the speed a plus, but if you’re on a laptop you WILL reduce the weight, noise, and battery strain that mechanical drives suck up even at low RPM. In some cases with low power DDR4 RAM and modern CPU processes you can increase battery life up to an additional hour or more.
