Apple Issues Statement Following Accusations of Tax Shelter in Jersey

no Apple is evading taxes. With the introduction of GST in India. Apple increased its prices on app store and iCloud and started charging 18% IGST (integrated GST and not Ireland GST). But Apple does not have a tax registration under GST in India and on its invoice shows its tax registration of Ireland. Now if you are not registered in India then how can you can charge and collect taxes. Where does Apple take these after collection. Also when we asked why don't you put our GST number on the invoices and share your Indian GST number apple claimed that it does not have the Indian GST registration number so its TAX EVASION. Shame on Apple.

The primary shame is on "us" for allowing our governments to become corrupt and create these situations for big companies and special interests. While the fanatics and the predators take over, we're all asleep. Very sad.

Bigger & Smarter corporate / people they just fixes software loopholes & manipulate government loopholes. They hire worlds smartest tax accountant in the world not to pay tax but to hide tax.
