Still have to use the standard cables? Pass.

For that price point, it should be dual wireless charging with the charging pads built in. Wireless charging is the future and this charging stand is already obsolete.

But charging stand is not obsolete, you can display your phone right in front of you versus laying it down on a wireless charger and not being able to see the screen. I do see why you want to point out that wireless charging is better and it's the future, however there are no stand up wireless charging stands, also a hardwire charge is faster than a wireless charger at this point. Therefore it's not obsolete. Once wireless charging is as good as hardwire charging, then hardware will be obsolete with stands like this. Until then, there still a market for this product and its competitors.

Samsung's wireless charger pad can do flat or stand

I already use the Samsung convertible wireless stand which is a fast charger.

I'm not replacing the good old charger/lighting cable combo anytime near, also not interested in wireless charging, very impractical instead of just using the available gear.

Better than that Belkin stand on apples website considering price and it's pretty cool.

In this day of wireless charging, asking someone to plug in the phone into the stand is not a smart decision. I understand that only 5% or less customers are using iPhone X or 8, but still they should be looking at the future and not the legacy customers.

I'm not really fond of wireless charging, but I see your point because I can just hold the phone while the cord is plugged in without sacrificing ways of using the phone.

why would you replace what you already have? maybe one charger for both but this thing taking up space, think not.

$60.. too much... it’s just a stand

Gets zero sales. It looks like a 70’s space ship or “Buick Electra 225”.
