Images of Samsung's next generation smartphones have been leaked by Evan Blass, a well known leaker now reporting for VentureBeat.

Samsung is expected to debut the Galaxy S9 and S9+ just prior to Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. This year's update will focus on internal components. The new flagship phones are likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 in the U.S. and China, and Samsung's own Exynos 9810 in the rest of the world.

The Galaxy S9+ is said to have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage; whereas, the S9 will have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

The smartphones are both expected to gain 'super slow-mo' 720p video capture at 480fps and a variable aperture feature for their primary 12MP camera. The mechanical adjustment switches between f/2.4 and f/1.5. The S9+ will get a second 12MP rear module with a fixed aperture lens. Both phones have 8MP selfie cameras.

Notably, the dual lens camera on the S9+ will be vertically aligned allowing for a more natural fingerprint scanner location. Both phones will get stereo speakers on the bottom.

Official press shots indicate that the Galaxy S9 and S9+ will begin shipping and selling through retail on March 16th. The full color palette is: Midnight Black, Lilac Purple, Titanium Gray, Coral Blue, and the usual lineup of special/limited edition finishes.

I think Apple teach them that they can ask for more than 650$-750$... will see final price but I can see 1000$ final selling price

Well we can already see Samsung has their own face recognition. Where they win is that there’s also a fingerprint scanner!
