I try to installed it to my 3GS os4, after it was installed the springboard ran in safe mode, and cannot back to normal mode. Is this lock down version not compatible with os4 ? (cos I already try to install it on os3.1.3 and ran well). Thanks before

If you have smartscreen and quicklaunch widget and an app that is locked is in quicklaunch, u can still launch the locked app. So ensure the locked app is not in your quicklaunch widget.

Same for me, put into Safe Mode and it won't let you re-spring. Have to uninstall.
