Has anyone used online dating app Charmingdate?

Im a user of Chnlove app, a online dating app that I text and call to girls from somewhere else outside of U.S. The APP desc said not only chinese girl can be listed but also the Russian and Latam girls could be found as well, but why mine only display the Chinese girls, if someone know it every response would be appreciated. Thanks.
