I have an iPhone 5 with Jailbreak and Unlock in iOS 6.1.2
I want to upgrade to iOS 81. Do I have to unlock again or only do the jailbreak?

Hi,
if you will upgrade your iPhone to iOS8 , you will lose your jailbreak and you unlocked phone. So if you will , you will have to unlock and jailbreak it again.
As an advice, keep you iOS 6
