How to Update my firmware to version 7.1.2 ? Apple Denied.

Hello pals, Just a couple of days ago I bought an iPhone 5s with 64GB. It came with the 7.0.4 firmware installed. I have been trying for a couple of days to update the firmware to version 7.1.2 with no luck. I have installed the latest version of iTunes, downloaded the required firmware file and follow the instruction to restore or upgrade with a specific firmware file. All the time iTunes shows Error 3194 and rejects my attempt. Is there a way to install the 7.1.2 firmware on my iPhone ? Please let me know. Thanks a lot in advance. Roberto.
