Iphone 4 consumes a lot of battery

Good day. I Have a iphone 4, and compared with other cases of the same model, my consumes more battery, I changed the battery, not solved. I changed the Logic Board, to another phone, and on the other phone, the logic board continues to consume a lot of battery. I finally concluded that the problem is the logic board, someone has a solution for this problem?   Its hardware or IOS problem? Very grateful for your help.
