Viber message doesn't have status

Hi, I have been chatting with this person, and whenever I send them a message it doesn't say if it was sent, delivered or seen. I thought maybe the problem with connection it is not sent. I sent a message to another contact and it says: sent then delivered Can someone in this community help me out with the problem. Regards, Darker
