IOS 8.4 Jailbroken iPhone 5s won't charge on anything beside a 2.1A output.

Like the questions says, all the sudden a few days after jailbreaking my iphone won't charge on anything beside the ipad charger. I tried plugging into the iphone charger, laptop, yet it won't recognize. I then made a mistake and pressed "Erase all Data and settings" and now I'm stuck on connect to itunes logo without the ability to actually restore it. Anyone have an idea how to fix it?
